These General Sales Conditions apply and regulate the use of the website, “www.quintadaspedrasnovas.pt”, which is the owner of Quinta das Pedras Novas - Turismo Rural, Lda

1. Cancellation Policies

Cancellation free of charge up to 14 days before check-in date. If canceled 14 days prior to arrival, the guest will be charged with the total price of the reservation.

Cancellations during the stay have not received any refund and the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

2. Exceptions for changes and cancellations

Guests are allowed to change their dates of stay with the following conditions:
- Only once, 7 days or more before check-in;
- For a price equal to or higher than the original booking;
- For rooms with the same conditions.

Grace Period
No fee charged for reservations canceled within 4 hours of booking

3. Children and extra beds

Children of any age are allowed.

Children aged 16 and under stay free.

Cribs:
Children up to 2 years old can stay for free if they use a cot available.

Extra beds:
Guests aged 3 years and over will be charged EUR 10.00 per person, per night, when using an available extra bed.

4. Other conditions

Internet:
WiFi is available in all areas and is free.

Parking:
Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed)

Check-in and check-out times:
Check-in from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Check-out until 11:00

Age Limit:
No age limit

Cover time:
No curfew

House Rules:
Smoking is allowed.
Pets allowed on request. No additional costs.
Parties / events are not allowed.
Quiet hours are between 00:00 and 07:00.
